This morning I thought I could cheat the WOD by doing it backwards. In my fuzzy morning head it sounded like a great idea grouping the big leg muscle workouts together. It was only during the second set of box jumps as I read the board did I realize that I was not succeeding. There was no cheating this system.

Om Nom Nom Nom:
Post WOD Banana and HB egg
1/2 cup heavy pulp OJ (It helps me take my nasty tasting vitamins)
1 nectarine
handful of trail mix
little spoonful of raw eucalptus honey
sweet potato fries with thyme
sauteed kale and spinach
salmon and dill
3 clementine oranges
Iced tea
water

Sleep 6hr 46min (nothing unususal)

Went for a 30 min run, in the heat during lunch. Avg 11:30 min/mile almost 3 miles of motherfucking hills! Who knew San Diego was made up of all hills, Qualcomm glass buldings and military bases! I didn't. I hate hills, I hate them even more in the heat. Thank Jeebus there is a shower at work.
