Things I Hear

In the Sf Chronicle, there is a woman who writes quotes that are
overheard. I think her name is Leah Garcheck. So here I am at LAX,
sitting next to a woman with a southern accent talking to her friend
on the phone about a trip. I'll just let you judge this conversation:

Mind you the woman has a thick southern accent which really makes it
more ridiculously funny.

- Oh yes! That sounds delightful, such a good idea.
-
-this trip sounds so exciting! Now, do you think we could stay at a
hotel in the park? That would be really nice.
-
-OK! So now, is Yellowstone still in Wyoming?

I tuned out after that. I couldn't take it, my brain hurt from that. Although moving Yellowstone from state to state would be really cool.
