New Schedule

Been kind of dull here since returning from SF. My schedule has been like this for the past few days (and most likely next week).

0515 Roar of LAX airplane jets becomes more noticeable as my sleep lightens.

0630 Alarm goes off on phone. Pick up phone marvel at the redness of it. Turn over inevitable bang my knee or other bendy body part against the wall or railing of the bed. Moan in pain.

0642 Beat my pillow into submission, it's obviously not cooperating in my extra few minutes of snooze time.

0700 Wake up and hang my feet off the bed think about how funny it is that some girls need a weekly pedicure. Brush my teeth, rinse, dress (or really in my case throw clothing on)

0705 Stand up, stretch my back out from a forced curl position all night.

0710 Warm my car up and prepare for my unnecessary 40 minute commute sans major freeway. Ridiculous

0718 Pass under the LAX runway and duck every time a plane is about to land, I swear my roof rack is gonna get ripped of my an airplane wheel one day.

0740 Curse my way to work, hating every horn loving motorist.

0755 Pull into work parking lot. Skip my Starbucks every morning now that work has a frothing machine. Save at least $2 everyday.

0800 Start my computer and start pumin out .avi's

0815 Craft services food time! Cereal, bagels, cream cheese, lox, yogurt, fruit, CANDY!

0820 Check all of my e-mail accounts. (While working)

0916 Post on blog.

1000 Spend time writing the 52 reviews I need to write for Yelp.

1110 wander up to craft services just to walk around, I know that lunch is coming soon.

1145 Start discussing lunch plans with others in Mission Control. Campos, sushi, Panera, McDeath, Taqueria, vegan place, deli, Trader Joe, Costco or someplace new.

1200 Usually leave on time for lunch since there is no pressing work to be done.

1301 OK OK One minute late, no one else is here.

1400 Lunch coma sets in. Uh computer screen hurts my eyes.

1624 Miraculously lost a few hours doing work

1710 Day is winding down. Sip tea and go on to various SF Bay News sites (KTVU, KCBS) and SFGate to get caught up on local news. Go to CNN. Add kicks in and lose int rest in 4.2 seconds.

1800 Think about running, jump-roping or trying to go to the gym.

1830 Proverbial whistle blows (some days, if not I stay and do work) and I leave.

1836 Sit in car waiting for it to warm up and throw the heater on full.

1915 Get home fairly fast no traffic at night I guess.

2045 Do whatever workout I opted for earlier.

2200 Get home, shower, read for a bit and/or go on the internet.

2345 Bed. Lay there and listen to LAX planes land and take off.

Yay for work?
