Well, I understand it may be hard to see but there is a cigarette butt on my deck. A couple months ago my downstairs neighbor insisted that I was to blame for the cigarettes. Obviously not anyone ABOVE me. Now have proof it's not me. I mean I already knew it wasn't me because I don't smoke. People.
