Glaze Craze

I know it has been a while. A lot has been goin on. So I'm obsessing over strawberries and glazes. I'm trying to avoid overly processed foods and make things from scratch. I know it's hard to see RED glaze in a RED bowl but they are all very different. One is pure sugar and water, one is sugar, water, corn syrup and sugar and the other is pureed strawberries. We shall see after they cool down. Ooo and yes that is homemade whipped cream in the tall container.
