LA Douchebag

Such a true douchebag this guy. He insisted on driving up to every car window and looking over at them to make sure people saw him in his little car. it was disruptive to his driving because he would constantly take his eyes off the road to look around. At one point he caught someone looking in his general direction to which he acknowledged by blowing kisses. Oh and he was smoking a cigar. Disgusting.
