"I Told You So"

OK, The entire reason I'm posting this is because this lady was kind of a bitch on the plane back to LAX and I wanted to document Karma (or stupidity). This lady was really rude on the plane. There is an unspoken rule about deplaning. One row at a time. You wait until the row in front of you is completely emptied before moving forward. In my world the only exception to this rule is if someone waves you by or if someone is clearly not in a hurry and remains seated. I was up, hunched over and ready to go, I didn't even have carry on so I could jet faster. This woman took it upon herself to just crash through ahead of me even though my row was not fully emptied. Everyone gave her a dirty look and I think it was just too early in the morning for someone to start shit. So I roll out to the curb side and await my ride.

Then this happened . . .

There I am waiting at the curb. I see a Acura TL drive by, which normally I don't care so much about cars driving by but I love the TL. The TL circled around a few times and slowed down but never stopped. Then the rude lady comes out from the baggage claim with her (I assume) husband. Let's now turn to the photo for reference. I was sitting (obviously) on the left side of the red zone on the bottom of the picture. The area beyond the red zone/basically the upper half of the picture is CLEARLY designated for taxis only. The exit back to the main thoroughfare is on the left side of the picture to the left of the pole with the "slow" sign.

The husband stands to the left of me, the proper place to wait for your ride and motions to his wife who has walked across the way to the bus/shuttle pickup area. He makes these really funny faces to try to convince her to stand in the right area. She, in the meantime, is trying to wave down the TL and stamps her foot in anger.

So she finally comes over and then drags her husband to the taxi zone stating that there are not many people waiting there. The husband protests saying that that isn't a proper place to wait and that they will get a ticket. She then spends a few minutes arguing with him saying that she is right blah blah. Of course, in her world she is right and they wave the TL over to the taxi area. They pack their luggage into the car and seconds later the cop pulls up. HAHAHA. And gives them a ticket. Sorry, I realize that didn't need a long lead up but it was great. For me at least.

Wow......that is so funny that you got to witness it and document it. I agree...drives me crazy when people are rude like that....no common courtesy.
