I made some pretty freakin awesome baked chicken tenders using cornflakes. I was kind of skeptical and wasn't sure how the cereal would hold up in a 400 degree oven. Well it obviously held up VERY well and even though I made them a bit spicier than I intended, it was so damn good. It's unfortunate that they don't hold well as a next day leftover food, but I wouldn't throw them out.
