Ingenious Parking in LA, Who knew?

SO there are these lights above each space. Green means open and Red means occupied. It all works using a sensor that doesn't detect a human standing under it only a car. There was also a digital readout near the entrance that let you know the current capacity at each level. Pretty neat.
