A New Year and a New Job

I often find myself trying to explain what I do to people. Most people are not familiar with motion capture and if they are they can't fathom how the technology is put together to make a movie. My new employer deals with mostly visual effects utilizing motion capture instead of making an entire movie ONLY with motion capture. Here is a GREAT example of wht part of my job is. Pay attention to the face technology and the markings on the face.
