But I was. Turns out YEARS of straining in front of a computer screen fucks with your neck. No duh right? But seriously. Look at the far left, that's before and the right is an x-ray taken yesterday. I have been seeing a chiropractor who uses a technique called traction on top of the normal adjustments to re align the spine. I kind of thought it was bull but apparently not. I was prompted to go back to a different chiro after my first LA chiro experience kinda sucked, well that and I couldn't look down at my feet without feeling a tingling buzz down my back into my feet. Well since the body is all linked, Dr. Yarman pretty much knew based on my history the problem originated in my neck.
SO here I am today. I can look up farther (Didn't know my range of motion was so limited), no more buzzing, I can lay on my back and sleep (which I wasn't comfortable with before) and lay on my stomach for long periods of time without discomfort. Huh. Who knew?
