Lunch for Friday

I can't understand why people are put off by seeing the head if an
animal still attached. Just look at all that glorious skin to eat. I
had a bowl full of skin. The catering guys laughed at me. I was dead
serious. I'll sacrifice an artery or two for good pig skin.
