Alright, So I'm taking my EMT refresher class this weekend and it just so happens to be in Inglewood. Not the best area of LA, but like Oakland, I think it just gets a bad media wrap. Nevertheless, I was still wary of where I went and I forgot to bring a lunch to my Saturday class. I ventured out into the big scary city of Inglewood and found the only food I thought I could tolerate. Mickey D's. I haven't eaten MD in a long time. So I ordered a "big and tasty" cheeseburger meal. I was starving, so much so that I ate all of my large sized fries before I even got back to the campus which was all of 6 minutes away. So here I am eating this cheeseburger and I am slurpin my soda with all of my might. "Damn" I thought, "this is really salty or something is goin on". I lifted the bun and saw this . . .
Gross! All of those white flecks are chunks of salt. I mean, I knew that MD was salty but I saw this and had to throw it out. I felt so weighed down and sick the rest of the afternoon. Too much sodium. I say that I don't want to eat there ever again but that damn salt will drive be back.
