Oh yea, so this was also at the Beverly mall. I think the store name was Pet Love. It is the retail store of puppy mills all across America. Although cute these two had been playing rambunctiously and yea, I think that's blood under little dudes eyes. They were walking on steel grates and the larger puppies were in really small enclosures. Why hasn't this place been shut down yet? Ugh. SO disgusting.
