I have been trying to workout more which includes being outdoors and away from computers and stuff. I thought I would post this video and some pics of a mountain bike ride I went on. I can really say that I have so much more respect for mountain bike riders. Sheeyat is hard to deal with, especially in heat. But fun nonetheless. Thanks Ed!
This is Ed's dog Buddha. He's a mix of something cool. I forget. But the mix doesn't matter. What matters is this dog is a champion. He went on a mountain bike ride with us; he crawled underneath the truck promptly upon our return. He is really the best dog!
